Troy It is loosely based on Homer's Iliad, which narrates the story of the 10 year Trojan War. Achilles leads his Myrmidons along with the rest of the Greek army invading the historical city of Troy, defended by Hector's Trojan army. The end of the film is not taken from the Iliad as the ending of the Iliad was based on Hector's death and funeral burial. The film features an ensemble cast led by Brad Pitt, Eric Bana, and Orlando Bloom.

Clash of the Titans: The story is very loosely based on the Greek myth of Perseus.

Immortals: The film was previously named Dawn of War and War of the Gods before being officially named Immortals, and is loosely based on the Greek myths of Theseus and the Minotaur and the Titanomachy.

Wrath of the Titans takes place a decade after the events of the preceding film as the gods lose control over the imprisoned Titans(thanks to humanity's lack of prayers which also is draining their immortality) and Perseus is called, this time to rescue his father Zeus, overthrow the Titans, and save mankind.

 

Percy Jackson: Sea of monsters The son of Poseidon and his friends head into the Sea of Monsters to find the mythical Golden Fleece.

In Wonder Woman, the story of Diana is told, who is the daughter of Hippolyta and grows up on the Amazon island of Themyscira. After American pilot and spy crashes offshore of the island and is rescued by her, he tells the Amazons about the ongoing World War. Diana, thinking the war is caused by an old enemy of the Amazons, then leaves her home in order to end the conflict.
